How to Order & FAQ

How ordering works

1. Choose your piece and check out securely through Stripe.
2. Right after your order, you'll receive mailing instructions — and, for US and Canadian orders, a prepaid mailing label.
3. Place a small lock of hair or fur in an envelope and mail it using the label.
4. When it arrives, we photograph it and confirm with you before work begins. You can follow your piece on our order progress page using your order number.
5. Your finished keepsake is made within 1–2 weeks of the hair arriving, then shipped to you with tracking. Any unused hair is returned with your piece.

How much hair do I need?

For most designs, about a pencil-width bundle, at least 5–6 inches long, is plenty. If you're unsure, send a photo before mailing and we'll tell you honestly whether there's enough.

Shipping & timing

Making time starts when your hair arrives, not when you order — mailing time varies. Finished pieces ship with tracking.

Returns

Because every piece is custom-made from your own hair or fur, finished custom pieces can't be returned for a refund. If anything about your piece isn't right, contact us and we will make it right.

Payments are processed by Stripe. This site itself does not store your card details.
